When you use LodDee, we collect the following information: • Personal information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address • Car listing information: vehicle details (make, model, year, mileage, fuel type, transmission, displacement, color, condition), photos (up to 20), asking price (LAK/USD), location (province, city/district, village), and precise vehicle location (latitude/longitude coordinates, if provided by the user) • Chat messages exchanged between buyers and sellers on the platform • Inquiry messages sent to LodDee support • Usage data: how you interact with the app (searches, views, favorites) • Device information: device type and operating system version
We use the information we collect to: • Provide and improve the LodDee marketplace service • Connect buyers and sellers through the app • Process listing fees and verify payments • Respond to user inquiries and support requests • Send service-related notifications • Ensure platform safety and prevent fraud
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. • Car listing details (manufacturer, model, price, photos, province, city/district, village) are visible to all users • Your name and phone number are visible to users who view your listing • Chat messages are shared only between the parties involved in the conversation
We take the security of your data seriously. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, which applies industry-standard security measures including data encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account directly from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us at loddeesupport@gmail.com. Deleting your account will remove your profile and all associated data.
